About

The intention Lucy wishes to convey is the content within will speak for itself.

“If  I am advocating ridding oneself of the influence and delusion of ego, then it makes no sense to focus one’s attention on me or my life; past, present or future. There will be enough information about who I am, weaved throughout the various stories and experiences.”

One thing Lucy does ‘get’ is the internal desire we (almost) all share: how do we develop and create our own unique process in which the world makes sense to us? We all learn from each other, but ultimately, we have to find our own voice and feel comfortable in our own skin. With compassion, understanding, love and acceptance, (and a little humor sprinkled in), Lucy brings us on a personal journey of discovering and revealing her own frailties, strengths, hopes, and those rare, but life changing epiphanies.

“Think of the planet as a big bus in which you are traveling across the United States with fifty strangers. Everybody brings with them their special talents and points of view. They also probably have some annoying habits, most likely you do too. But there you all are. Just remember; the trip is temporary, so enjoy the scenery and experiences along the way. Make it an adventure. Contribute to the well being of the group, don’t be the one that everybody wants to throw off the bus. Do your best to be your best. When you get to your destination, you will be able to look back with fondness and deep appreciation for all that transpired, and for the folks who traveled along with you. ”

Throughout her twenties and thirties Lucy traveled to many parts of the world; China, Taiwan, Nepal, Tibet, The Philippines, Switzerland, Greece, Austria, England, Italy and France (where she ran her first and only marathon). Those experiences helped define the second part of her life, giving her a more expansive perspective and appreciation in her approach to life.

Lucy met the man she would later marry while working as a governess for an Italian family. After years of living, working and learning the language in Italy, they decided to return to the USA and settle in Las Vegas. The strain of being separated from his two sons proved too much- they divorced and he returned to Italy. Lucy continues to reside in Las Vegas.
